Top management and leadership bodies from across Wales are once more joining forces to explore innovative and creative ways to raise skills in leadership and management.
Organisations, each at the leading edge of developments in leadership and management in Wales, are pooling expertise and coming together to stage Lead On 2008.
The fourth annual conference is being held in Newport this year following the inaugural event at Cardiff’s Millennium Centre in 2005, Chepstow Racecourse in 2006 and at The Liberty Stadium, Swansea last year.
Lead On 2008 moves the agenda forward once more. This time attention is focused on the problem of how leaders and managers can operate best in what are described by leading contemporary economists as ‘uncertain times’.
The Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Directors, The Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Institute of Leadership and Management and Wales Management Council, are joining again forces to deliver the conference.
Engaging key note speakers, thought-provoking leadership master classes, creative thinking sessions, valuable networking time and an exhibition makes Lead On 2008 the bridge to success.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) learning hours can be accredited for attendance at Lead On 2008. A certificate of attendance will be available for those who wish to record their CPD activity.
