Delivery Policy

Once payment has been received the delegate will receive, if requested, a receipted invoice for the booked places. Full joining instructions will be forwarded by e-mail approximately two weeks prior to the event with finalised timings, directions, etc. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Complaints Procedure

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service that you receive please put your complaint in writing to Caroline Challoner, Director, Cazbah Ltd, Media House, The Maltings, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff, CF24 5EA or by e-mail to complaints@cazbah.biz.

Cancellation of Booking – delegate places

In the event that a Delegate wishes to cancel their booking after the submission to Cazbah of a completed Booking Form Cazbah reserves the right to make the following charges by way of compensation to Cazbah for the loss of revenue from the loss or amendment to the booking and any administrative costs incurred and to reallocate delegate places – Please note this is the cost of the delegate fee and excludes any admin fee paid for credit card payment. This fee is non refundable:

Date of receipt of notice of cancellation	Cancellation Charge
More than 60 days prior to the event	30% of the Delegate fee
60 to 30 days prior to the event	60% of the Delegate fee
Less than 30 days prior to the event	100% of the Delegate fee

Such charges are subject to value added tax and are payable in full on presentation of Cazbah’s invoice.

Any delegate that does not attend shall still be liable to pay the full charges for that place unless notification is received in writing and acknowledgement issued by Cazbah Ltd.
